A. You’ll find updates and notices, contact information for management and boards, the activities schedule, current and past issues of the Gazette, instructions for winterizing hose bibs and even the original paint colors/materials for our homes’ exteriors.
Q. Why are Falls Run email blasts not shown on the homepage?
A. Email blasts are usually short duration notices for immediate viewing.
Q. How do I visit the site?
A. Enter “fallsrun.org” into the search box of your browser.
Q. What does the site offer Villas residents?
A. As members of the FRCA, residents of the Villas need the same information as those in single family homes. The site’s “VCA (Villas Condo Association)” and “Villas Links” tabs lead to information specific to the Villas.
Q. Can I visit the site from my smartphone or tablet?
A. Yes, the site allows easy access from any Internet-connected device.
Q. How do I know the site is secure?
A. The website uses standard security protocol. Note the “lock” symbol or “https” in the search box.
Q. What is the “Members Area”?
A. It’s where you can access information such as committee rosters, the reserves analysis and the resident directory that’s not available to the general public.
Q. How do I access the “Members Area”?
A. The “Members Area” tab on the home page takes you to instructions for requesting a username and password or help remembering these. The webmaster screens requests to confirm the person is a Falls Run resident or owner.
Q. How can I quickly search the resident directory?
A. On a computer, press Ctrl+F or Command+F (on a Mac) to open a search box after you select the name or street address directory. Begin typing, and your search is highlighted on the page. On a smartphone, select the menu button three vertical dots or three horizontal lines in the upper or lower right-hand corner for the “Find in Page” option and begin typing.
Q. Can I visit the site
if I don’t have an Internet connection at home?
A. Once the Center resumes full operations, you can use the computer in the library area. Until then, use a computer at the Howell Library or a smartphone.
